Phoenix Rising: A Tasting Journey through Time and Craft
Join us for an intimate Chinese tea session featuring two exceptional Phoenix Dancong teas, recently brought back from the misty heights of Phoenix Mountain.
We begin with the 2025 Anjiao Lao Cong Mi Lan Xiang, a fragrant cultivar delicately roasted in a lighter contemporary style—floral, refined, and resonant with the clarity of the new season.
In contrast, we explore the depth and heritage of the 2023 Wudong Gushu Lang Cai, a traditional dark-roasted tea crafted from century old trees. This tea evokes the richness of the past, offering a bold, nostalgic brew with lingering warmth.
Each tea will be prepared using distinct teaware and brewing methods to illuminate both modern and traditional expressions of Phoenix Dancong craftsmanship.

首泡呈上的是 2025 庵角老枞蜜兰,以当代轻焙手法精制,花香馥郁,清雅通透,尽显新季之韵。
随后登场的是 2023 乌岽古树浪菜,传统炭焙工艺,滋味深沉,韵味悠长,如昔日茶风再现于舌尖。
两款茶将分别采用不同器具与冲泡手法,呈现现代与传统泡茶艺术的对话。
