Every session is curated, from the selection of single-origin teas and the water used to brew them, to the choice of teaware best suited to each tea.

Over multiple brews, I guide guests through the nuances of aroma, texture and flavour, while sharing the stories, traditions and craftsmanship behind each tea. 

The experience is as much about slowing down and perceiving, as it is about drinking tea.
