This curated tea experience brings the year to a gentle close through three teas shaped by time and patience. Spanning freshly rested to decades-aged, the session invites quiet reflection on how tea evolves, deepens, and settles.
Tea Selection
1995 Lao Cong Shui Xian
A deeply matured Wuyi oolong, offering warmth, depth, and a grounding presence shaped by three decades of age.
2015 Bai Mu Dan
A decade-aged White Peony with softened florals, gentle sweetness, and a calm, lingering character well suited to the season.
2025 Mi Lan Xiang
Freshly roasted earlier this year and hand-carried back from Chaozhou, now rested for six months. For returning guests, this is a chance to revisit the tea and observe how time has rounded and settled its fragrance.
Limited quantity available; 2025 Nan Jiang Xiang will be served thereafter.
As the weather turns cooler, the aged teas offer a soothing depth and quiet warmth, making this session a thoughtful and unhurried way to close the year.
